Hull Properties, Inc. was founded by Steve Hull in 1979 as a full service real estate company. After several years of concentrating on sales to investors, the company began to specialize in property management.
Our goals for:
Investors To maximize rental income and minimize expenses while maintaining the property in good repair. Investors have other things to do!
Tenants To provide them a well maintained property they will be proud to call home. In return we expect them to take good care of the property and make rental payments on time.
Sellers To obtain the highest price for their property and guide them through the sales process drawing on our 25 plus years of experience.
We manage properties throughout Travis County, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Rollingwood, and Lakeway.
